On-Street Parking

On-Street Parking near the library is free for two hours Monday-Friday and free on the weekends.


Ottawa Street Parking Deck (SE corner of Ottawa and Clinton St/110 N. Ottawa St. Next to Black Cat Curiosities.)

The City of Joliet is providing 2 hours of free parking for library patrons who park in the city’s Ottawa Street Parking Deck. It is $1 an hour for any time over 2 hours by cash (at a kiosk) or by card at the exit. Please bring the ticket you received at the parking gate entrance to the library to have it validated.
